For those of you who are new to this:
Q: What is a tweetup?
A: It is when people from twitter get together and meet “in real life”. You can come even if you aren’t on twitter.
Q: I might not know anybody. Will I feel like a looser?
No. Nobody really knows anybody. Plus, you know me, at least sort of. I generally look like my picture, and am occasionally loud. If you don’t know anybody when you get there come and talk to me. I don’t bite (unless asked to ;0)
Q: Will anyone famous be there?
Absolutely. All of the Cincinnati Twitter celebrities will be there. So I guess the answer is no. There will be no famous people.
Q: Can I bring people?
Yes. Bring everyone. People you work with, friends, family, everyone. Maybe not your kids though - it is in a bar.
Q: I’m scared of OTR - is it safe?
Yes, it is safe. I live there. If you are still scared I will be your body guard and protect you from whatever it is that scares you about OTR. Don’t leave valuables in your car. I can’t protect both you and your car.
